Acceptable Use Policy
Document Version: ALL-AUP-v1.0.0 / Legal Pack Version: ALL-LP-v1.0.0
Effective Date: 26 October 2026 | Last Updated: 26 October 2026
1. Scope and Application
1.1 Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the permitted and prohibited uses of the ALL Platform, ALL360 Devices, ALL360 OS, ALL Control Tower, and all related edge network services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by All360 Technology S.A., a company incorporated in the Republic of Panama (“ALL”, “we”, “us”).
ALL360 Devices and ALL360 OS licences are sold and licensed by Allecosystem Technologies LLC, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (the “Seller”). In respect of the sale, delivery, return, refund, and warranty of ALL360 Devices and the grant of ALL360 OS licences, references to “ALL” include the Seller.
This AUP applies to all users of the Platform, including Customers, Node Operators, Developers, Business Customers (including proxy and VPN service providers), and Affiliates, as defined in the ALL Platform Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Use.
1.2 Relationship to Terms of Use
This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use and forms part of the binding agreement between ALL and each user. In the event of any conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall prevail unless this AUP expressly states otherwise.
By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1.3 Applicability by Role
This AUP applies to all roles. Certain provisions are role-specific and are indicated as applicable to Customers, Node Operators, Developers, Business Customers, or Affiliates respectively. Where no role is specified, the provision applies to all users.
Business Customers are additionally required to ensure that their own downstream customers, end users, and clients comply with the obligations in this AUP that are relevant to the services and traffic flowing through the Platform. This obligation is a material condition of the Business Customer's commercial agreement with ALL.
1.4 Updates and Versioning
ALL may update this AUP at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, Platform services, security requirements, abuse patterns, compliance requirements, or operational needs. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform or made available through the dashboard and will take effect upon posting or at such later date as ALL may specify. Where required by applicable law or where ALL considers it appropriate, ALL may provide additional advance notice of material changes. ALL may implement immediate changes without prior notice where necessary to address legal, security, abuse, sanctions, fraud, or operational risks. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Material Changes are subject to the notice periods and urgent-change exceptions in Section 3 of the Terms of Use. Any longer notice period or additional protection required by applicable mandatory law prevails.
2. General Prohibited Conduct

4.1 Approved Use Cases
Business Customers may only use the Platform for the specific use cases approved by ALL during the onboarding and KYB (Know Your Business) process. Any change to the approved use case, service type, or target market requires prior written approval from ALL. Unauthorized changes to use case scope constitute a material breach of the Business Customer's commercial agreement with ALL and may result in immediate suspension.
4.2 End Customer Onboarding and KYC/KYB
Business Customers are solely responsible for maintaining risk-based onboarding, customer screening, due diligence, and abuse-prevention controls for their own customers and end users, including KYC/KYB checks where required by applicable law, the approved use case, the relevant Service Order, ALL’s onboarding requirements, or the Business Customer’s own risk assessment. - Maintain session-level records sufficient to identify the end customer, account, use case, Service Order, and relevant activity associated with a specific Session ID, timestamp, service category, region, or abuse report, subject to applicable privacy law and the applicable data processing terms.
4.4 Prohibited Business Customer Activities
Business Customers must not use the Platform to:
- Provide proxy, VPN, or edge network services to end customers for purposes known or reasonably suspected to involve the prohibited activities listed in Section 2;
- Resell, sublicense, broker, pool, or otherwise make Network Services available through unmanaged reseller chains, public access portals, open proxy services, or third-party intermediaries unless expressly approved by ALL in writing and covered by appropriate flow-down terms, screening controls, and abuse-response obligations;
- Offer services that enable end customers to circumvent sanctions, evade law enforcement, or conduct illegal surveillance;
- Offer public, consumer-facing, self-service, unmanaged, anonymous, or open proxy, VPN, scraping, bandwidth, or edge-network access unless expressly approved by ALL in writing and covered by appropriate onboarding, screening, flow-down terms, abuse-response controls, logging, and Service Order restrictions;

Where practicable, ALL may review any response before taking final enforcement action and may provide information about available dispute resolution processes if the user wishes to contest the decision. ALL is not required to delay, limit, or reverse enforcement action where ALL determines that immediate or continued action is necessary to comply with law, protect the Platform or third parties, preserve evidence, address fraud, sanctions, security, or abuse risk, or reduce legal, operational, or reputational risk.
11.4 No Waiver
ALL's failure to enforce any provision of this AUP in any instance shall not constitute a waiver of ALL's right to enforce that provision in any future instance or against any other user.
