What is ALL?
ALL is building a decentralized, app-driven infrastructure network. Services such as VPN endpoints, flight tracking receivers, blockchain checker nodes and air quality sensors run on devices owned and hosted by everyday people around the world.
- Node operators host a device and earn from the services it runs.
- Developers distribute apps globally without building or managing infrastructure.
- End users get access to local, privacy-focused, geographically distributed services.
The problem
Many decentralized and edge-based services already exist, but they rarely reach mainstream adoption. The setup is too technical and the incentives are too weak.
A typical pattern today:
- a company or protocol needs physical nodes across many regions
- users must buy or source compatible hardware themselves
- they must configure software, networking and maintenance by hand
- security is often unclear
- payments, when they exist, are inconsistent or too small
- developers still have to solve deployment, uptime and global coverage on their own
Example: flight tracking
A flight tracking service needs receivers in many places. Today it often depends on volunteers who carry the cost and the technical burden while receiving little or no reward. Expansion is slow, coverage is uneven, and participation is limited to enthusiasts.
Our approach
ALL removes these barriers by turning infrastructure into an app ecosystem:
- the hardware is standardized
- the OS is purpose-built
- apps are installed through a store
- payouts are built in
- everything is designed for non-technical participants

The vision
We envision a world where infrastructure is a shared, user-operated network. Instead of relying entirely on large cloud providers, services run closer to the user on nodes operated by ordinary people. That makes them:
