ZeroCO₂ program
Every ALL360 node uses electricity, and that electricity has a carbon cost. The ZeroCO₂ program measures the energy used by the network, estimates the related emissions region by region, and funds verified carbon credits to compensate for them.

1. Measure
The Control Tower collects energy telemetry from every active ALL360 node: CPU load, uptime and wattage. A node draws about 7–10 W.
2. Calculate
Carbon intensity is applied per geographic region using IEA grid data. A node in Norway has a different footprint from one on a coal-heavy grid, and both are accounted for. The global average is about 0.5 kgCO₂ per kWh.
3. Compensate
ALL purchases carbon credits from verified programs, targeting a volume equal to the estimated emissions of the network.
Sample calculation
An illustrative estimate of the network's annual emissions:
| Nodes | 4,910 |
| × average power | 8 W |
| × hours per year | 8,760 |
| = annual energy | 344,064 kWh |
| × carbon intensity | ~0.5 kgCO₂/kWh |
| = estimated emissions per year | ~172 tonnes CO₂ |
This is an estimate based on the global average grid intensity. Actual figures are calculated per node and per region.
Program reporting
For each reporting period we will publish the estimated emissions covered, the volume of carbon credits purchased, and the programs they come from.
What this program is, and is not
Carbon credits compensate for emissions produced elsewhere; they do not remove the emissions of the network itself. The ZeroCO₂ program is an environmental contribution run by ALL. It is not a third-party environmental certification, and it does not make ALL products or services climate neutral.
